For Vertice Admin users
Now that SSO is enabled you'll need to migrate all your other users. If this step isn't completed, they won't be able to log in.
To migrate your users:
Navigate to Integrations > Security > SAML Single Sign On
Click on Edit Config
Select the Migrate users option
Click the checkbox of every user you want to migrate
When done, choose Invite Selected.
Note: this step will need to be repeated for every new user to the Vertice platform.
If you are using Okta you can use SCIM to auto-provision new users instead. Contact Vertice Support to enable this for you.
